About Jared

Jared Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of Aquailos Inc., an independently owned real estate company based in Fresno, California. As a third-generation, active REALTOR® and licensed for more than two decades, Martin has closed over 1,700 real estate transactions throughout his career.

Martin serves on the Board of Directors at FFB Bank, a leading SBA lender in California’s Central Valley. As Vice Chairman, he currently chairs the bank’s Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee and serves as Vice Chair of both the Directors’ Loan and Executive Committees. He is also a member of the bank’s Assets-Liability ALCO Committee.

In the real estate industry, Martin is the 2024 Chair of the Local Candidate Recommendation Committee for the Fresno Association of REALTORS®. At the state level, he served as President of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) in 2019 and as President-elect in 2018. He also served as C.A.R.’s Treasurer in 2016 and 2017, and most recently, as Chair of C.A.R.’s Real Estate Business Services Board of Directors.

At the national level, Martin has held numerous leadership positions, including 2021 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Real Property Operations Committee and 2020 Vice Chair of NAR’s Finance Committee.

Recognized as an expert in commercial and investment real estate, Martin earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He currently serves as the 2025 Vice Chair of the CCIM Institute’s Marketing Committee and has been appointed to a two-year term on the CCIM Finance Committee beginning January 2025.

An active investor in both single-family and multifamily real estate, Martin is a member of the California Apartment Association and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also an alumnus of California State University, Fresno’s Sid Craig School of Business.
